This page will recommend you the builds you need, so you can find the right build for you, no matter on what state you are at in the game, of course, I will discuss on why this is the best build for you.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THE BLOCKS MINED ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE, THIS IS THE MOST LIKELY NUMBER OF MINED BLOCKS YOU WOULD HAVE REACHED BY THE TIME YOU COMPLETE THIS BUILD. (I made the build names up; I hope they're cool)

Early Game[edit | edit source]

This contains all the builds necessary for those who are early game, you can use any coil you prefer, but the most recommended coils are the speed coil, thundarian coil, and acceleratium coil, use gravity coil for traversing caves if you do not have acceleratium coil yet, though, acceleratium coil is a mid-game coil gear.

DEFAULT BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 0) TIER 0

Needs: Default Pickaxe

This is what you start off with

1ST TIMER'S BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 800-3000) TIER 1

Needs: Poly Pickaxe

Poly Pickaxe has a 50% to duplicate ores it mines that are rare and below, this is good for your future early game recipes as it will be faster to complete them! It's better to get resources using this Pickaxe than the Steel Sickle, although steel sickle mines faster, mining speed won't really matter because the ores you will need for your recipes are common, so it's better to have a chance at duplicating the ores you get, steel sickle is also harder and longer to get since it requires a diverse quantity of different ores, and unless you have free layer teleportation gamepass, good luck mining down to the granite layer! Getting money also takes some time, just get Poly Pickaxe and don't go through all this trouble as all of poly pickaxe's mats are in the stone layer.

RAVAGING BOMB BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 34k-55k) TIER 2

Needs: Stone Ravager + Core Frag

The Stone Ravager is the best t2 Pickaxe due to its passive that allows you to mine 2 blocks at once, basically doubling your mining speed, this generates about double the number of ores you would normally get, therefore you have a better chance at finding the ores you need! Core frag has an aoe blast that can mine a good number of ores as well as generating even more ores on its crater, giving you the chance to find the ores you need on the crater, if you want to, this build can help you get the next build faster! GET STONE RAVAGER BEFORE CORE FRAG

SPOISIONOUS BOMB BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 160k-390k) TIER 2 + 4

Needs: Speed Coil + Poison Pick + Core Frag

Get the speed coil first, the speed coil will help you kind of catch up with your stone ravager's mining speed, so you don't have to dig down so deep every mining session, this will help speed up your progress of getting the Poison Pick, the speed coil is very important for other future builds too, but when the time comes, get Acceleration Coil or Thundarian Coil, the Poison Pick is what you should get after Ravaging Bomb Build, although Poison Pick is a tier 4, it's the easiest t4 pickaxe to get and it performs better than the Darkstone Pickaxe despite the Darkstone Pickaxe being much harder to grind, the Poison Pick can mine blocks up to about 50% faster than the Darkstone Pickaxe, the Poison Pick will help you a lot on your next grind in the Mid Game Section, and it is definitely worth the blocks! Core Frag is still a viable gear here so you should still use it for this build. GET SPEED COIL THEN POISON PICK. If you are confused on where to find the Poison Pick recipe, the recipe is located in World 2, with a requirement of 50k blocks mined to enter.

Mid Game[edit | edit source]

This contains all of the builds a mid-game player needs, if you are endgame or early-game, do not bother with this category unless you want to. In this stage is where different gear types will be included, like coils and manual use gears.

NOSTALGIC MOLOTOV BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 960k-1.64m) TIER 4

Needs: Nostalgic Axe + Blazuine Molotov This will be your first hard grind, so good luck. You only need stone ravager and core frag to start getting tier 4's and 5's, you shouldn't bother getting the tier 3's because they will only slow you down and the new upgrades won't be worth it, the fastest way is to skip directly to this build, why this build? First of all, Nostalgic Axe has a 1.5x luck boost, and a passive that allows you to see pinned rare+ ores from anywhere, pinned ores means the ores that you need for your current pinned recipe, so this pickaxe is extremely important for the upcoming builds, and to top it all off, this pickaxe has a ability that can mine a lot of blocks at once, it appears quite frequently! The Blazuine Molotov has a 40% luck boost, not only does its ability appear 2.05x more frequently than the Core Frag but it also creates a bigger explosion! It is said to be the best tier 4 gear for its price, this is a pretty decent gear and you do not want to miss out on it! The reason you should get Nostalgic Axe first is because Subworld 1 has a lot of ores that are also from world 1, so you are bound to get some extra w1 ores you need for Blazuine Molotov whilst also grinding for Nostalgic Axe at the same time! And when you get Nostalgic Axe, Blazuine Molotov will be so much easier to grind. That's why it's best to go for this build! PLEASE GET NOSTALGIC AXE BEFORE BLAZUINE MOLOTOV. BLAZUINE IS A SOMEWHAT HARD EXOTIC TO FIND SO IT'S BEST TO TRADE FOR ONE INSTEAD, YOU SHOULD HAVE MULTIPLE EXOTIC+ ORES THAT YOU CAN TRADE BY THIS STAGE, THIS WILL HELP YOU FINISH THIS BUILD FASTER.

TRI-NNELING RADAR BUILD (Estimated blocks mined: 18m-31m) TIER 6

Needs: Cybernetium Radar + Trinity Claymore + Polarium Tunneller

(Thundarian Coil is optional but recommended for this build)

(57 Leaf Clover is needed to get goldstone for Polarium Tunneller)

This was a difficult choice considering that NilAxe also exists, 57 leaf clover is not good for the grind since the next build includes both rare ores and common ores, in which 57 is only very good for rare ores and does terribly with common ores. To put it simply, Trinity is more of a 50/50 for both rare and common ores finding, it's abilities are capable of mining hundreds of blocks in mere seconds as they appear frequently, allowing for lots of blocks to be generated in a short amount of time, it also has a 60% base luck boost for its abilities, but that's not it, it also has an ultimate ability that has 80% luck boost and mines 21x64 blocks, and if you do the math, that's 1344 blocks with 80% luck boost! Op as hell, isn't it? So it's good for rare ores, but it's also good for common ores due to the amount of blocks generated, now just add Polarium tunneller and you just increased your mining speed dramatically. As Polarium tunneller has a activation rate of 70 which is frequent and it's ability mines up to 225 blocks at once with a 40% luck boost which is great, and the ability doesn't take up that much space for trinity claymore's abilities. And combine this with the Cybernetium radar incredible cave skimming, ore tracking and automatic ore mining, this is a very good combination! As your now have good common and rare ores collecting, good luck and cave skimming as well as a extremely large ore automine radius. GET TRINITY CLAYMORE -> 57 LEAF CLOVER (you need it to get Polarium tunneller) -> POLARIUM TUNNELLER -> CYBERNETIUM RADAR. By the time you're finished with Trinity Claymore, 57 Leaf Clover and Polarium Tunneller, Cybernetium radar should be 50% done atleast, well wouldn't it be faster to go straight for soul scythe instead of cyber radar? No you'd be nearly done with cyber radar, why not just get it before ss, it's not like ss can mine get every single ore anyways, because there's caves too, cyber radar will help with your soul scythe grind a ton, and it'll be worth the blocks. I have many more reasons on why this is the best alternative, but I'm not making 600 bibles here, if you want to go argue on why you think NilAxe or 57 Leaf Clover is better, go fight with the discord server or in the comments section.
