  I donot recommend this place atall toanyone, Ihad the bad experience ofhaving toreturn aweek after myrepair, one nail cameoff, Icalled them and they told meto come back tofixit, after 3days another one took off and ILet then know and they told methat Ihad tofill itout that they were sorry but that noone would turn tofix their nails at2weeks, Iwonder, ifyou did agood job there isno need togo back, Ihad never had this experience After mynails had been fixed, Ididn'thave tocome back until 3weeks, here Icame back after aweek and after 3days adifferent one took off and they refused tofixit, they said Ihad topay for the refill, because past 2weeks, lies, I'm not coming back here again, bad experience, definitely don’t recommend itto anyone…… – show

  I went toa salon that botched mynails and iwas sooo sad… Icame here and they took sogood care ofme.. Sam she made mefeel like family and wehit itoff. Not only did imake afriend but she did anamazing job onmy nails and pedicure she took her time imean took her time totake care ofme and made mefeel socomfortableWOW!! Ifi could give this salon 10stars iwould dont hesitate and book with Sam for gel manicures and pedicures and she does lashes even for lashes her lashes are flawless!!! Book today!!!… – show

  Layout isuncomfortable. It’s weird getting amanicure with people getting pedicures looking directly atyou from your left and right because the manicure tables are inthe middle ofthe pedicure area. Disgusting! The place istoo crowded forme. Ifyou want aplace torelax this isnot the spot. Icompletely agree with some ofthe other complaints. Ispent fifty dollars for dipping powder and 2nails designs toget arushed service, anail tech that doesn’t take her work seriously; jokes aroundwith her coworkers, delivers poor quality; crooked shape and the design were not dried properly due toher lack ofattention orbroken UVmachine.   I used tocome here toget mynails done every single time. Last Wednesday Igot mynails done and onThursday afternoon they had peeled off and chipped everywhere. Icalled and the nail tech patched them with more brown nail polish. Itlook glumpy and cheap. After Itold him how Ifelt hetold meto come back the next day and that hewould fix them forme. The next day hefiled the nail polish off and fixed them after that, hetold methat ifsomething happened again, ithad tobe the nail polish and that itwasn’thim. Today isa Tuesday. And I’m taking them off because they look horrible. 80dlls tothe trash.… – show

  WOW talk about the most unprofessional nail salon inFort Myers. 2employees got into averbal fight infront ofall the customers causing abig disruption and scene. Ithought itwas about toget physical. What avery unfortunate thing because mynails turned out beautiful. But the atmosphere ofthis salon turned myexperience sour. Ihope they can resolve this issue asthere’s somuch potential atthis salon.

  I travel weekly. Nails done somewhere different every ten days. This was the dirtiest, most unprofessional salon ever. Ipucked blue for toes: they gave mepurple and told meit was “the light” making them look purple. Nails are bumpy, lumpy and crooked
  I would never ever gohere again! Stickons probably look better!

  Nyguen had adisgusting attitude. Did not care tofigure what exactly Ineeded and rolled his consistently aevery request. Distasteful and Iwill never goback tohim for agel manicure. Mypedicure onthe other hand was wonderful but The attitude after with mymanicure was unacceptable.

  ETA: just 24hours after mymanicure, I’ve had toremove the polish, cut down and file what isleft ofmy finger nails and hope for the best.

  Super disappointed. Nothing about the pedicure and manicure was correct. The lengths are uneven and mynails were left rough; the tech cut into the cuticle onone ofmy toes; they did not use afoot file toproperly remove dead skin and callouses; the polish job ispoor and uneven. Iasked the tech toneither cut myfingernails nor file them asthe length

  and shape were good. Regrettably, she did not understand what Isaid and proceeded tofile myfingernails straight across the top ofthe nail causing arough edge and uneven shape. She also did not properly buff the nails sothe shoddy polish job looks even worse. Moreover, instead ofusing abrush dipped inpolish remover toclean uparound the nail, the tech used her own nail totidy the edges ofthe nail, which feels less sanitary tome. All inall, the tech seemed tobe very inexperienced and the result was less than Ihopedfor. Will not return.… – show

  The salon was clean and the nails techs were all very helpful and friendly. With every step ofdoing mynails mynail tech asked ifI wanted anything changed orfixed and Ireally appreciated the time and care hetook tomake myexperience sogreat. Mynails came out absolutely perfect and Icould not bemore happy. Not one oftheir services were bad- intotal wehad the following services done: 1Acrylic fullset, 1old set removal, 2gel manicures, and 4pedicures- the prices were fair and weall left asvery happy new customers.… – show
