Kat T Masen is a Australian best selling romance author best known as the author of the “Dark Love” series of novels.
The author was born and brought up in Sydney, Australia and grew up at a time when fancy gadgets and social media did not exist. With no screen to distract her she used to spend much of her time reading stories and it was during this time that she came to love stories.
As an adult and now conversant with social media, she met some friends that were just as passionate about reading as her. They began forming friendships and it was from this that she began to develop a passion for writing.
Masen published her debut novel “Into the Darkness” in 2014 and has been writing ever since. She now has more than nineteen novels across the Dark Love, #Co-Worker, Forbidden Love and the Roomie Wars series of novels alongside several single standing novels.
She is married and has four children that are just as humorous and crazy as she is.

Masen is obsessed with the 1980s which she believes were the best years of her life. It was then that she was in the prime of her life and life consisted of roller skates, neon colored lights and great music. Then in the 1990s she grew up and entered her teens and started dating boys after hanging up her skates.
She now combines her love for the swoony men from the 90s, 80s bands and her love for reading to write her humorous and sexy novels.
Wanting to do more she founded the Books by the Bridge Author Events.
When she is not planning her writer events, reading or writing she can be found watching the Gilmore Girls with a plate of nachos.

In Kat T Masen’s “Chasing Love,” the lead is a woman named Charlotte who accidentally falls in love with her best friend’s brother. The problem is that he is a married man even though Charlie sees a happily ever after in their future.
He also loves her deeply but they could never get over the fact that he was married and this fact always broke Charlie’s heart. She believed things were fine until Alex broke her heart and took away her ability to trust or love anyone again.
But she still had to learn to live her life without him which is hard. In a few months she manages to get her life back on track as she finds a man she believes she can love and trust, gets partners in her law firm and earns a graduate degree.
But then Alex reappears in her life, complicating things. Looking into his emerald green eyes, she knows that staying away from him will be an uphill battle.

“Chasing Us” by Kat T Masen picks up from where the debut novel of the series left off. Charlie decided to leave Alex and the Hamptons since she watched a tabloid story that asserted that Victoria and Alex were in a relationship and engaged to be married.
He recently got married and Charlie is back where she started. But this time she has left behind friends and family wondering how she is dealing with the whole situation. But ignoring, leaving and closing herself down is Charlie’s goto safe mechanism. She has also asked security to not let Alex into her building.
While her measures seem extreme, she believes they are the best way to deal with her situation. Still, she has some soul searching she needs to do.
Will she offer Alex a chance to explain or will she finally end it for good? To add to all the complication she still needs to put things straight with Julian, the man she was falling in love with before Alex came back into the picture.

Kat T Masen’s “Chasing Her” follows Julian and Charlotte as they try to make their love work. Julian had once experienced devastating loss and Charlie may be the woman to make him get over it.
He desperately tries to hold onto her but his psyche tells him that she will never be his. But unlike Charlotte Julian often reaches out to other people. His penchant for forming friendships serves him well as he navigates the torturous world of romantic relationships.
Unexpectedly, he had found himself becoming close with the most unlikely of people. He does not understand what is happening and wonders if he will manage to turn his life around or end up where he started. Julian knew he was going down the wrong path and that he needed to stop.

   Enjoyed reading both the Dark Love series and the Forbidden Love books.
   Starting the stand alone books. Unfortunately several are not e-books.
   Will they be?
   So easy to get into all the characters. Keep writing!!

How exciting is this? An actual short story collection from Lee Child, stepping outside of the world of Jack Reacher. This is the first non-Reacher short story collection he's written, with 20 crime stories in this. Really looking forward to this one. It's actually out September 3rd, but we're very excited for it so wanted to highlight it now.
