  I took myparents onFriday 8-26-22tobe seen they both have covid with all the symptoms age 74and 80the doctor said gohome and drink tea that he's anE.R doctor and they can't get any covid medicine togo home and have tea myparents have vomiting headache acold cough and body pain and nomedicine was given Itook them back onSaturday 8-27-2022again nothing was given
  another female doctor said gohome and drink liquid.......my 2year old ispositive for covid aswell onSaturday 8-27-2022and again Iwas sent home with nomedicine this place ishorrible the desk staff are wonderful… – show

  If itwasn't inYonkers I'd give them 5stars. Nothing against this facility atall. The staff inparticular are exceptional and rare. Nothing happened and the location isnot that bad considering.BUT… Ijust hate Yonkers with apassion. Sorry… Ifthey could just take all the staff atthis location and move them somewhere out ofYonkers, but like keep them all togethertho… Like not split them upAND ALSO notify meof where they were movedto, Iwould give it20stars!!! That would then bemy new primary medical place ofchoice. However, that's not gonna happen…So, inthe interest ofbeing honest Igotta give it4stars cause ofYonkers…… – show

  The ladies atthe front desk were outstanding. They went above and beyond tohelp usfind another clinic that could provide faster results. They didn't have tohelpus, but they were happy todoso. Iwish wecould have used their office because the one weended upat wasn't nearly asfriendly, clean, and modern asCItyMD.

  Staff very friendly from front desk all the way tothe scribes inthe back. Only complaint isthe smell, horrible odor once walking into the facility & alot offlies inthe facility. Staff shouldn’t beworking inthose conditions. Overall nice place

  I believe everyone and anyone should come toCITYMD without hesitation. Your care will not gounnoticed. Your ingreat hands. The timing, professionalism, staffing such asRachel, Alyssa, Onati, andDr. Waldman was absolutely amazing. Noshort comings all ofmy needs were met for myself and two children. The greatest decision I’ve made isespecially not having towait. Everything was perfect ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ Thank you everyone, stay safe wethe people ofthis community isso grateful tohavethis establishment.
